Galentines Day with Intu Victoria Centre and Caffe Rizzoli.

I am always excited to be invited to events, but when it is an event with a prosecco brunch and a free makeover with some of the nicest people ever (Claire & Sophie.. I’m looking at you!) and some of my favourite blogging girls, you can be sure to sign me up.

I was very lucky to have been invited to Caffe Rizzoli (top floor of the Victoria Centre – where Jerrys Tank used to be for you old timers!) for breakfast and processo, and we also got to meet the wonderful Jeremy who was on hand to talk us through the menu (and the vast selection of cakes on offer!)

Firstly we started with a passionfruit bellini – amazing! – and then chose our food, some people opted for antipasti, others for brunch I opted for Bruschetta with proscutto which was incredible. The tomatoes were super ripe and tasty whilst the prosciutto gave it a little something something. Gorgeous. Once food was finished, we all ended up being treated to a wonderful desert – myself and Molly decided to share but ended just eating our own as they were SO good. I had the white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake (to die for..!) and Molly had the chocolate fondant which was gorgeous but too chocolatey for me. Chris would love the fondant though so I will definitely take him for a treat next time I’m in town.

With our trousers the feeling a  little tighter, we headed to House of Fraser for a complimentary makeover at Bobbi Brown or Urban Decay along with a glass of prosecco. I opted for urban decay and had my eyes done with an incredible Moondust shadow called Extragalactic. I didn’t get a good photo in town, so please excuse my 8 hour old makeup and dressing gown but it was such a stunning shade that I just had to capture it in a photo. Whilst I didn’t purchase it during the event, I am seriously regretting it and it will be purchased next time I am in town along with BackTalk lipstick!

Myself and Molly then headed off to the shops with a MAC voucher burning a hole in our pockets. Of course I ended up treating myself and there will a post coming up later in the week showcasing said treats!

We got a little goodie bag with some samples from HoF so I am very excited to try the Peversion mascara – We were also gifted a galentines gift from the gorgeous girls at Intu – skinnydip phonecases for us iPhone users and beautiful purses for the other girls. Myself and Sherry ended up swapping as I absolutely love glitter cases, and the one I had got matched her (newly purchased) Olympus Pen perfectly. We also got gifted little stickers from Skinny Dip with our initals which I will be decorating my laptop with!

I want to say a huge thank you to Jeremy at Caffe Rizzoli along with Claire and Sophie at Intu for such a wonderful day. I’ve been so lucky to meet wonderful girls through blogging and YouTube so being able to attend such a great event with them really is the icing on the cake. I did vlog the day but will be combining it with another event so as soon as I have that edited, I will pop the link below!

*whilst I was invited to this event for complimentary breakfast and makeover, all opinions are 100% honest as always.
