I can’t believe another month has passed and it is time to share my monthly weight loss with you all. Where is time going? This month has been a bit of a roller coaster and I’ve finished off the month needing a kick up the arse as I’ve got a target I want to hit.. fingers crossed I can do it!
5-11th March: -1lb
Really not too sure how this happened this week – I had a bad week the previous week so was expecting a mini gain as it caught up with me! Really pleased 🙂
12-18th March: Maintain
Last weekend we went away and I put the diet aside for the weekend, fully expecting a gain when I got on the scales so was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with a maintai – We have booked ourselves a holiday for the end of April however, so I’m hoping this will kick my arse into gear! I’m going to crank up the speed food and water intake this week!
19-25th March: -3.5lb
I was seriously shocked when I stood on the scales! I won slimmer of the weeken again and also picked up my club 10 this week (which means I’ve lost 10% of my body weight!). It’s now only 0.5lb until I get my 1.5stone award. I felt a bit emotional this time round as I’m genuinely so motivated to succeed and I’m getting there! I’ve set a holiday target of 2st which means I’ve got 5 weeks and 7.5lb to lose… keep your fingers crossed for me!
26 -1st April: +1.5lb
My first gain of the year literally hit me like a tonne of bricks and I feel so sad now I’m back home. I only have my self to blame as I’ve been picking a lot over the last week. That 7.5lb I wanted to lose in 5 weeks has now shot up to 9lb… I need a kick up the arse big time! I’ve got a busy weekend with lots of plans to eat out this weekend with it being the easter weekend so I need to try and reign in when and where I can. I’m also going to try and make three gym trips!
